Features:

GXPS500 is composed of dual isolated differential pressure sensors and an integrated amplifier circuit. It features high stability and excellent dynamic measurement performance. It is equipped with a high-performance microprocessor to correct and compensate for the non-linearity and temperature drift of the sensor, enabling precise digital data transmission, on-site equipment diagnosis, remote two-way communication, etc. It is suitable for use in the measurement and control of liquids and gases. This transmitter has multiple range options to meet the needs of various users. It is widely applied in various fields such as metallurgy, machinery, petroleum, chemical industry, power stations, light industry, food, environmental protection, national defense, and scientific research.

Working principle

The process pressure acts on the sensor, and the sensor outputs a voltage signal proportional to the pressure. The voltage signal is converted into a 4-20mA standard signal through the amplifier circuit. The power supply protection circuit provides excitation for the sensor, and this sensor adopts a precise temperature compensation circuit.
