Selection and Usage Tips

Detection Range and Sensitivity: With 500 ppm as the typical upper limit; for H2, the sensitivity S ≥ 3 at 50 ppm is the benchmark, actual assessment requires considering the type and concentration of the gas.

Power Supply and Heating: Loop Voltage ≤ 24 V DC; Heating Vh = 5.0 ± 0.1 V (AC/DC); Heating Resistance Rh ≈ 95 ± 10 Ω, Power Consumption ≤ 300 mW (different data have ≤ 240 mW), please refer to the actual measurement / batch specifications.

Load Resistance Rl: Adjustable, used to convert Rs changes into voltage output; Rl selection will affect sensitivity and linearity, calibration should be performed in the target gas.

Environment and Stability: Standard test conditions are 20 ± 2 ℃, 65 ± 5% RH; for long-term storage, it is recommended to store at -20 to +60 ℃, dry and sealed; avoid exposure to high-concentration gases, silicon vapor and water condensation before powering on.

Preheating and Aging: New pieces or after long storage, preheating ≥ 48 hours; the aging time should be extended accordingly for longer storage periods.

Non-selectivity and Cross-Sensitivity: Responds to H2, alcohol, CO and some VOCs; calibration in the target gas and assessment of interference based on the application scenario are required.
